If you purchase a wrong part, you can return the part for a refund under the following conditions. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. Refund will be made according to purchased invoice in SGD.
The following rules apply:
- Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
- 30 days return policy
- Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid MRAF form.
To return a product you must first request a Merchandise Return Authorization Form (MRAF). This form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. You may request an RMA via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
After we receive your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card or PayPal). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow 7-10 working days for the credit to appear on your account.
We do not provide an Exchange service. You are encouraged to make new purchase and return the unwanted item according to the procedure mentioned above.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. It can then take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email after the timeframe shown above, please contact our Customer Care Team using one of the contact options below, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, when this was returned to us and any delivery reference numbers (i.e. from a collection service or courier) when you contact us.

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our warehouse. If you need to get the correct item, then you’ll need to place a new order.
Our returns department might be busier than normal at the moment, so it’s taking slightly longer to complete the returns we’re receiving.
If you’ve returned your order, it may be completed slightly later than you’re used to, but keep an eye on your inbox as we’ll drop you an email as soon as it’s sorted
